The Swim:
Starting from the sand, athletes take on a 500 m swim, followed by a short traverse along the foreshore footpath to the T1 entry at Portarlington Beach Parking. Embrace the excitement, set the tone, and have at it for an amazing event!
The Bike:
Run your bike out of T1 to the mount line, clip in, and you’re off. Head east along the Esplanade to Coach Rd, make a cautious turnaround, then shift into the big ring and hammer it home. Repeat it all again on lap two.
The Run:
Helmet off and sunnies on—it’s run time! Follow the Portarlington foreshore path towards Indented Head before doubling back at the water station in front of Seaforth Reserve. From there, it’s arms up and celebrations as you charge through the finish‑line arch.
