Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is HAI Events, ABN 55617375112, admin@torquaytri.com.au
2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to registered participants of the 2025 Torquay Triathlon.
• Entrants must also complete the official entry form and agree to receive promotional emails from Great Ocean Wetsuits.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter and Great Ocean Wetsuits are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry Period
   Entries open on 17/08/25 and close at 8/11/25, 11:59pm AEDT.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   a) Be a registered competitor in the 2025 Torquay Triathlon; and
   b) Complete the giveaway entry form provided by the Promoter; and
   c) Opt-in to receive promotional emails from Great Ocean Wetsuits.
5. Prize

• One (1) Great Ocean RT Wetsuit valued at AUD $400 (RRP).
• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly drawn on race day, Sunday 9 November 2025.
• The draw will take place at the Torquay Triathlon post race.
• The winner will be announced at the event and may also be notified via email or phone.

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must claim the prize on race day or within 7 days of notification.
• If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

8. Publicity
   By entering, entrants agree that their name, likeness, and competition entry may be used by the Promoter and Great Ocean Wetsuits for promotional purposes without further payment or compensation.
9. Privacy
   Personal information provided will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and as otherwise stated in the entry form. Entrants agree to receive promotional communications from Great Ocean Wetsuits, which they can opt out of at any time.
10. Liability
    The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or events beyond its control that may affect entry or prize delivery.
11. Platform Disclaimer
    If promoted on social media: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
